1. Who we are
Reelway (the "Service", at reelway.blockway.io) is operated by Blockway Link Limited ("Blockway", "we"), a company in Hong Kong. Contact us at info@blockway.io. Reelway makes short videos for its customers' channels and, with their permission, publishes them to YouTube and Facebook.
2. Information we collect

We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. YouTube API Services
Reelway uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to the YouTube channel you connect. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
- What we access: with the scope
youtube.uploadwe upload videos you have approved, with their title, description and tags; withyoutube.readonlywe read your channel's ID, title and subscriber count, and the view, like and comment counts of the videos Reelway uploaded. - How we use it: only to publish your approved videos and to show you, and our planning AI, how those videos performed. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone except as in section 5.
- How we store it: the refresh token is encrypted at rest; statistics are refreshed daily and kept with the video they belong to. We do not keep YouTube data for longer than 30 days without refreshing it.
- Revoking access: disconnect the channel in Reelway, or remove Reelway's access at any time in your Google account's security settings. When access is revoked or the channel is disconnected, we delete the stored token and the YouTube data we obtained for that channel within 7 days.
4. How we use information
We use the information above only to provide, secure and bill for the Service, and to answer you. We do not use your content to train AI models. AI processing runs on Blockway Fleet, the AI model service operated by Blockway.

We disclose information to others only if the law requires it.
6. Where it is kept, and for how long
The Service runs on Amazon Web Services in Singapore, so your information is processed and stored outside Hong Kong. We keep it while your workspace is active. When a workspace is closed you have 30 days to download your videos; after that its data is deleted, and backups are cleared within a further 30 days.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, by writing to info@blockway.io. We answer within 40 days.
8. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Platform tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to the Service's systems is limited to Blockway staff who need it.
9. Changes
We will post changes on this page and tell workspace owners by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect.
