Terms of Service
Draft: subject to review by counsel before Reelway opens to the public.
1. The parties
These terms are between Blockway Link Limited ("Blockway", "we") and the company, organisation or person who opens a Reelway workspace (the "Customer", "you"). Anyone accepting them for a company confirms they are authorised to.
2. The Service
Reelway (the "Service") helps you design short-video channels and makes videos for them with AI: scripts, pictures, voices, animation and captions. With your permission it publishes the videos you approve to the YouTube channels and Facebook Pages you connect. Reelway is currently offered by invitation only.
3. Your account
Keep your password secret and tell us at once if your account may have been used by someone else. You are responsible for what the people you invite to your workspace do in it.
4. Your content and approval
You own the channel settings, characters, ideas and videos made for you, as far as the law allows ownership of AI-generated material. Nothing is published until you approve it, and you are responsible for what you approve: that it is lawful, does not infringe anyone's rights, and follows the rules of the platform it is published on. You must not use the Service to make content that is unlawful, deceptive, or that impersonates a real person without their consent. Videos are uploaded marked as containing synthetic (AI-generated) media.
5. Connected platforms
When you connect a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service; Google's use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. When you connect a Facebook Page you must follow Meta's terms and policies. A platform may limit, remove or refuse videos, or change how its service works; we are not responsible for its decisions. You can disconnect a platform at any time.
6. Plans, fees and limits
Each plan includes a number of finished videos per month and a number of channels. Videos that fail to finish are not counted. Fees are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. If a payment is overdue, making new videos is paused; your existing videos stay available to view and download. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. We do not use your content to train AI models.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change the Service; we will tell workspace owners at least 30 days before a change that materially reduces it, or before these terms change.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms or the rules of a connected platform, or whose fees are unpaid. When a workspace ends you have 30 days to download your videos; after that its data is deleted.
10. Liability
The Service and its AI output are provided as they are; AI output can be wrong and you should check it before you approve it. To the extent the law allows, Blockway is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction. Notices to Blockway go to info@blockway.io.
